- Ability to demonstrate hospitality gestures such as polite language, eye contact, and proactive assistance.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments in a dynamic environment.
- Positive, service‑oriented attitude with commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Fluent in English is a must; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a strong advantage.
