Position Overview We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources team with administrative, organizational, and project-related activities. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in HR operations, employee administration, recruitment, and HR project coordination within an international organization.

Responsibilities Typical activities include: Support the maintenance of employee records and HR documentation. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes. Coordinate interviews, meetings, training sessions, and HR-related communications. Prepare HR letters, forms, reports, and employment-related documentation. Maintain and update HR systems, databases, and personnel files. Provide administrative support for recruitment activities, including job postings and candidate coordination. Assist with HR projects and process improvement initiatives. Support the HR team with general administrative and organizational tasks.

Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Project Management, or a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills. Interest in Human Resources and project coordination. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage. What We Offer Hands-on experience in a dynamic international HR environment.
