About the role
The Room Attendant (On-Call) is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and assigned areas to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation. This role supports hotel operations on an as-needed basis and is committed to providing an exceptional guest experience by delivering clean, well-stocked, and welcoming accommodations. The Room Attendant must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to hotel standards, safety procedures, and guest privacy requirements.

The Room Attendant (On-Call) is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and assigned areas to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation. This role supports hotel operations on an as-needed basis and is committed to providing an exceptional guest experience by delivering clean, well-stocked, and welcoming accommodations. The Room Attendant must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to hotel standards, safety procedures, and guest privacy requirements.

- Previous housekeeping or hotel room attendant experience preferred.
- Ability to clean guest rooms and bathrooms according to established hotel standards.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull housekeeping equipment and supplies and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, kneel, and climb for extended periods.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Basic communication skills to interact professionally with guests and coworkers.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Flexible availability to work on an on-call basis, including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
- Ability to follow safety procedures, chemical handling guidelines, and hotel policies.
- Reliable, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional guest service.
- Ability to maintain guest confidentiality and respect privacy at all times.
