About the role
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.
The Hostess is responsible to assist with receiving guests in the hotel's restaurants, manages the inventory of the outlet, and assists the service staff whenever necessary.
Knowledge about ISO 14001 is an added advantage.

Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
