As a recruiting tip: for LinkedIn and StepStone, I would shorten the "Responsibilities" section by about 30% and add a stronger opening statement such as "Join a growing Oncology team and help shape the future of biosimilars in cancer care." This tends to generate more applications from experienced field-based oncology candidates.
