At Kerr, part of Envista, we develop and manufacture innovative dental solutions that help professionals improve oral health worldwide. Our Jičín manufacturing site is a key production hub, supplying high-quality products to customers across international markets.
We're looking for an Engineering Manager (Manufacturing) to lead our Engineering team, drive continuous improvement, and shape the future of manufacturing through process optimization, automation, technology development, and strategic investment projects.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a high-performing Engineering team.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead CAPEX, automation, and technology transfer projects.
- Partner with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and EHS teams to deliver operational excellence.
- Improve productivity, quality, efficiency, and overall manufacturing performance.
- Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and safety requirements.

Job Requirements:
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical, Automation, or similar).
- At least 10 years of experience, ideally between 15-20 years of experience.
- Experience leading engineering teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in process improvement, CAPEX, and project management.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence principles.
- Fluent English and Czech, and the ability to collaborate in a global organization.
