About the role
- Identify and acquire new business banking customers through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and market mapping.
- Source Current Accounts, Trade Finance, Business Loans, Working Capital products, and other banking solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with SME/MSME customers.
- Achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets.
- Conduct customer meetings and understand business requirements to offer suitable banking solutions.
- Ensure KYC and compliance norms are adhered to during customer onboarding.
- Cross-sell banking products such as Insurance, Forex, Cash Management Services, and Digital Banking solutions.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and portfolio quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Develop and expand relationships with High Net Worth customers for liabilities and commercial assets.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and compliance with bank policies.
- Cross-sell a wide range of banking products to deepen client engagement.
- Inform clients about new products and enhancements to strengthen relationships.
- Plan and execute targeted sales initiatives and client engagement events.
- Collaborate with group companies to offer integrated financial solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and relationship history.
- Monitor and resolve customer complaints and queries within defined turnaround times (TAT).
