As a key contributor to the development of new learning models, you will use participant feedback and implementation insights to continuously improve programs and create reusable resources. This is an opportunity for a hands-on, adaptable leader who thrives in ambiguity and wants to use technology and thoughtful learning design to strengthen educational outcomes.
Accountabilities:
-
Design and facilitate AI Accelerators and other cohort-based learning experiences tailored to the needs of participating teams, organizational leaders, and executive sponsors.
-
Develop structured learning journeys, session plans, activities, resources, and delivery strategies that balance clear learning objectives with flexibility and experimentation.
-
Build practical AI-enabled solutions and demonstrate how AI tools can be applied to real-world challenges, helping participants understand and adopt effective approaches.
-
Coordinate and direct cross-functional delivery teams, including coaches, facilitators, technical mentors, and contractors, to ensure high-quality and consistent program execution.
-
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including superintendents, nonprofit executives, and other decision-makers across education and social-impact organizations.

-
Manage partner relationships with the judgment and composure required for high-stakes engagements, identifying stakeholder needs and addressing challenges proactively.
-
Collect and analyze participant feedback, implementation evidence, and user insights to evaluate program effectiveness and continuously improve learning experiences.
-
Document successful approaches, develop practical resources, and establish repeatable methods that support the continued evolution and scalability of AI Accelerators.
-
Exercise independent judgment in day-to-day decisions while collaborating with leadership on matters affecting scope, resources, strategic direction, or partner commitments.
-
Contribute to the development of new learning models by testing ideas, building prototypes, and refining program approaches based on evidence and emerging opportunities.
-
Maintain momentum and quality when priorities shift, ensuring that program delivery remains responsive, relevant, and aligned with intended outcomes.
-
At least 8 years of professional experience in learning design, adult education, instructional design, or a related field, with demonstrated ownership of both program design and delivery.
-
Direct, hands-on experience building with AI tools, including tangible examples of solutions created and the ability to explain the building process credibly to others.
-
Experience designing and facilitating cohort-based learning programs, professional learning communities, or other structured learning environments for adults.
-
Ability to translate ambiguous or evolving strategies into well-sequenced learning experiences and practical delivery plans, adjusting scope and pacing as needed.
-
Demonstrated success managing the operational execution of programs or initiatives, including coordinating multiple contributors toward shared objectives.
-
Experience working credibly with senior leaders through a consultancy, design lab, education technology company, or similar organization serving education or social-impact leaders. Direct K–12 school district experience is not required.
-
Comfort with uncertainty and a demonstrated ability to initiate projects, develop solutions from scratch, and move work forward without a fully defined playbook.
-
Ability to adapt quickly when priorities change, including late in a project, without compromising delivery quality or momentum.
-
Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, understand differing perspectives, and navigate complex organizational contexts.
-
A reflective and self-aware working style, including the ability to adjust personal habits and approaches to unfamiliar situations.
