About the role

•GM・オーナー・Hyattと連携し、ホテル運営方針・ビジネス戦略策定および実行

•セールス、マーケティング、レベニュー施策を統合し、中長期計画・KPI・利益目標を推進

•市場・競合分析、価格戦略、広告・販促活動を統括

•年間事業計画・部門予算の策定、実績・コスト管理、各種報告の実施

•部門横断の資源分配、採用・育成・評価、後継者計画、ビジネス変革をリード

•部門のマネジメント、組織最適化および課題解決

•社内イベント企画立案実行

•重点顧客との関係構築/維持

Oversee sales, marketing, and revenue initiatives according to the hotel's mid- to long-term business plan, KPIs, and profit targets, while boosting revenue, guest satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and productivity.

Working with the GM, owner, and Hyatt to plan and execute hotel management policies and business strategies.
Integrating sales, marketing, and revenue initiatives to drive mid- to long-term plans, KPIs, and profit targets.
Overseeing market and competitor analysis, pricing strategy, and advertising/promotional activities.
Creating annual business plans and departmental budgets, managing performance and costs, and preparing various reports.
Leading cross-department resource allocation, recruitment, training, evaluation, succession planning, and business transformation.
Managing the department, optimizing the organization, and solving issues.
Planning and executing in-house events.
Building and maintaining relationships with key clients.
