About the role

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior SAP MM Consultant based in Brazil.

This is an opportunity for an experienced SAP MM professional to coordinate and oversee activities related to the Materials Management module. The role focuses on ensuring the stability, continuous improvement, and evolution of business processes within an SAP environment. You will help organize and prioritize IT demands, aligning technical activities with business needs and strategic objectives. Working in a collaborative setting, you will coordinate requests, monitor progress, and support effective delivery. Experience with SAP S/4HANA and initiatives related to Brazil’s Tax Reform will be particularly valuable. This is a fully remote, ongoing contractor opportunity for a proactive professional who combines strong SAP expertise with effective communication and coordination skills.

Accountabilities

SAP MM Coordination: Manage and coordinate activities related to the SAP Materials Management module, supporting the ongoing operation and improvement of business processes.
IT Demand Management: Organize, track, and coordinate IT requests, ensuring activities are handled efficiently and aligned with established priorities.
Business and Technical Alignment: Connect technical teams’ activities with business requirements to support effective solutions and operational objectives.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the maintenance, evolution, and optimization of SAP MM processes and solutions.
Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Follow up on activities and demands, communicate progress, and report directly to the responsible manager.
Project Support: Contribute expertise to initiatives involving SAP S/4HANA and, where applicable, projects associated with Brazil’s Tax Reform.

Requirements:

Professional Experience: Solid experience working as a Senior SAP MM Consultant, with strong knowledge of the SAP Materials Management module.
Coordination Skills: Proven experience coordinating and monitoring IT activities, requests, and demands.
SAP S/4HANA: Practical experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments.
Tax Reform Knowledge: Knowledge of or experience with projects related to Brazil’s Tax Reform.
Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
Proactivity and Prioritization: A proactive approach, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to prioritize competing demands effectively.
Work Arrangement: Availability to work remotely under a service-provider contractor model (PJ) in Brazil.
