Requirements

Part A : Building and Managing Network

1. Developing & Managing a network of personal shoppers and build scale within agreed payout budget

1. Developing & Managing a network of guest listers and build scale in line within agreed payout budget

1. Developing & Managing a network of wedding planners and build scale within agreed payout budget

1. Recommending and Executing External events (1 per qtr) to seed new clients with Marketing and Brand Experience

Part B: Brand Representation

1. Being the ‘face of the brand’ and ensuring high quality events for new client seeding including trunks

1. Opening doors with UHNIs

Part C: Activating the Catchment

1. Driving with Boutique Heads partnership and alliances as per agreed ROI

1. Driving with Boutique Heads Digital Client Acquisition as per AOP

1. Driving with Boutique Heads Cross Channel Acquisition as per AOP

1. Driving with Boutique Heads Non-Purchaser to Buyer Program

1. Driving with Boutique Heads Referrals for New Buyers
