- Escalate client concerns, delivery risks, resource constraints, and complex technical or operational issues promptly, with clear context and recommended next steps.
- Ensure client and project requirements are understood, documented, communicated, and executed with a high degree of quality and accuracy.
- Coordinate work across operational and technical departments to resolve issues, improve workflows, and enhance service quality for the assigned client.
- Establish clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and promote accountability, collaboration, and professional development within the client-dedicated sub-team.
- Support onboarding and training for Project Managers and Technical Analysts, including client-specific procedures, tools, workflows, and communication standards.
- Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in the assigned client's environment, including client-specific tools, software, protocols, preferences, and business requirements.
- Participate in project planning, process-improvement initiatives, quality reviews, and the preparation of regular status updates for internal and client stakeholders.
- Assist with client business reviews by helping coordinate agendas, performance data, meeting materials, action items, and follow-up activities.
- Support project financial management by monitoring scope, effort, budget considerations, and other financial indicators, and by providing timely information to the Client Services Manager.
- Act as an escalation point for the assigned client relationship and provide coverage for the Client Services Manager or Senior Project Manager when appropriate.
- Demonstrate professional leadership and sound judgment while balancing client needs, team capacity, quality standards, and business objectives.

- Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects, competing deadlines, and changing client priorities.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a shared leadership model involving the Client Services Manager and Senior Project Manager.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with clients, team members, technical resources, and senior stakeholders.
