Job Responsibilities: -

* Support senior executives to manage end-to-end licensing project workflows in Greater China, including pitch preparation, contract coordination, project management, timeline tracking and stakeholder communication with local partners, IP owners and internal teams. 

* Assist in reviewing licensing agreements, commercial terms, IP compliance and local regulatory requirements; prepare deal summaries, contract drafts and related documentation for the Greater China market.

* Monitor licensing asset performance, collect sales/revenue data, reconcile royalty reports and maintain licensing databases and records accurately.

* Drive internal cross-department and cross-region coordination, introduce global licensing best practices into Greater China, and facilitate smooth interna communication and collaboration across global and local teams.
