CASA Acquisition: Source New-To-Bank (NTB) Current and Savings Accounts adhering to quality, segment, and balance-criteria mix. [1, 2]
Catchment Mapping: Work with branch managers to map local catchments, run corporate/residential campaigns, and generate customer referrals. [1, 2]
Digital Onboarding: Guide and activate customers on mobile banking, net banking, and digital payment platforms. [1]

Acquire new customers for retail loan products through DSAs, connectors, and direct sourcing. Generate leads through market activities, referrals, and cold calling. Ensure proper documentation and adherence to KYC norms as per company guidelines. Coordinate with internal teams including credit, operations, legal, and technical for smooth processing of loan applications. Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and ensure consistent business flow. Track and update the status of loan applications to customers and partners. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned. Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly.
